Mosaic Pediatric Therapy Expands To Downtown Wake Forest

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, has expanded its presence in Wake Forest with a new second location at 535 Warehouse in Downtown. Driven by a mission to empower children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and provide individualized therapy solutions, Mosaic’s expansion reflects both the growing demand for its services and the area’s reputation as a family-centered community.

“Our original clinic on Northpark Drive quickly reached capacity, highlighting the significant need for high-quality ABA therapy in Wake Forest,” said David Keegan, Director of Development, Facilities, and Real Estate at Mosaic. “The 535 Warehouse presented the perfect opportunity to expand, offering a convenient, accessible, and well-designed space that aligns with our mission.”

Wake Forest’s strong community focus, excellent schools, and ongoing residential growth made it a natural fit for Mosaic’s expansion. The town’s reputation as a welcoming, family-friendly destination played a major role in the decision to establish another location as well, ensuring that more families have access to essential services close to home.

“The Wake Forest community mirrors Mosaic’s commitment to inclusion, education, and fostering growth,” said Caroline Cox, Marketing Specialist at Mosaic. “Our values of servant leadership and stewardship are deeply embedded in our work, and we’re excited to expand our impact here.”

The 535 Warehouse stood out during Mosaic’s site selection process for its strategic location and thoughtfully designed space. Developer Atlas Stark’s adaptive reuse approach during its renovation aligned with Mosaic’s focus on sustainability and growth, making it an ideal setting for a therapy center. The facility’s design allows for open play areas that promote gross motor skill development, as well as individual learning spaces tailored to each child’s therapy needs.

“The structural elements and layout of 535 Warehouse provided an ideal foundation for our clinic model,” added Keegan. “Its accessibility and proximity to Downtown Wake Forest, schools, and family-oriented amenities create an environment that supports both our clients and our team.”

The new Downtown location is approximately the same size as Mosaic’s Northpark facility, but by adding this second site, Mosaic has effectively doubled its ability to serve local families in need of ABA therapy. With this expansion, Mosaic is now able to provide services to even more children, strengthening its impact in the Wake Forest community. On a monthly and annual basis, the organization continues to see growing numbers of families seeking specialized care, further highlighting the necessity of this expansion.

Beyond providing therapy services, Mosaic is also contributing to Wake Forest’s local economy by hiring and training professionals in the ABA field. To support the new location, Mosaic has created multiple new jobs, including Clinical Operational Management positions, Master-level Certified Clinicians, and Behavior Technician-level roles. These additions ensure the clinic operates smoothly while maintaining the high-quality, individualized care Mosaic is known for. Clinical Operational Managers will oversee daily operations and compliance, Master-level Certified Clinicians will provide expert therapeutic care, and Behavior Technicians will work directly with children to implement behavior intervention plans. As demand for pediatric services continues to rise in the region, Mosaic’s expansion brings new employment opportunities while strengthening partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and advocacy organizations.

Jason Cannon, President of the Wake Forest Business and Industry Partnership (WFBIP), recognizes Mosaic’s expansion as a reflection of the town’s economic vitality. “Wake Forest continues to attract businesses that enrich our community and enhance our quality of life,” said Cannon. “Mosaic Pediatric Therapy’s decision to grow here speaks to the strength of our family-friendly environment and the increasing need for specialized services that support children and families.”

As Mosaic looks toward the future, its goals remain focused on delivering high-quality care, fostering community engagement, and shaping the landscape of pediatric therapy in Wake Forest. With a growing network of support and a strong foundation in place, Mosaic is poised to make a lasting impact on families for years to come.
