Plant Cakes Bake Shop is the first vegan bakery in the region, attracting people from all over with plant-based diet preferences and dietary restrictions to visit Wake Forest.

Atlas Stark Holdings has acquired the 1.75-acre site that houses the former Welsh Warehouse with plans to add a mixed-use attraction including retail, dining, and office space to Wake Forest’s downtown.
